Daily maintenance : Treatment with sponge and liquid or powder household soap (or quite other natural soap).

Treatment against spots: For the spots of fat: sprinkle with " Earth of Sommières": let act, suck up and sand slightly in the grain N°150.

Preventive treatment for intensive use (catering, hotel business..) :A laquer matt colorless aquarethane can be applied (It is recommended to make a preliminary try on a not visible part of the product). The coat of protection is almost invisible, the optimal protection is obtained one week after the treatment

Iron

We use only first quality iron. All our welds are manually realized by specialized craftsmen.

 Our metals are treated(handled) rust inhibitors, they can be outdoor used if they are shielded from the rain.

 So that they keep their patina of origin we recommend to treat the iron let outside, 1 - 2 times a year with a colorless rust-proofing varnish or a mineral wax.
